DIMENZIN X - From the Bratislava Dimension to the Infinite Universe and Psychosis

06/05/2026

Dimenzia X do not feel like a band created out of ambition to fit in. They feel more like something that simply had to happen. Four guys from Bratislava — Mišo, Jaro, Rasťo, and ŽeHo — came together not to create a "project," but to give shape to everything building up inside them. And when it explodes, it doesn't sound polished. It sounds real.

Their music is not about genres. It is not about labels or following trends. It is a direct transmission of emotion — raw, unfiltered, at times uncomfortable. Dimenzia X play the way they breathe. Without hesitation, without the need to explain themselves. If someone had to describe them as a mood, it would not be a peaceful night. More like suffocating pressure between walls, where anger and despair blend together. Not because it is an act, but because the world keeps giving them new reasons to feel that way.

Their roots reach back to the legacy of Davová psychóza — not only in sound, but especially in the importance placed on words. For them, lyrics are not filler; they are an equal weapon. Over time, other influences attached themselves to their music, but today those influences no longer define them. At some point, the band realized that the greatest inspiration is simply being yourself. And that is not an attitude you can learn — only live through.

Maybe that is why the word "rebel" sounds different when it comes to them. In an era where everything feels exaggerated and performative, the greatest act of resistance is ordinary authenticity. And that is exactly how Dimenzia X go against the current — without feeling the need to prove it.

Their music does not emerge from careful planning. It begins with a spark — a moment of excitement, an idea, a riff, a sentence that sticks and refuses to let go. Then comes the grind: repetition, refinement, sharpening the edges. Not to erase spontaneity, but to give it a form capable of carrying it. Every song is its own world, its own statement. They do not have one defining track. Ironically, the songs they wrote years ago represent them the least today — like old photographs that still belong to them, but no longer reflect who they are now.

But the band truly comes alive on stage. That is where everything changes. It does not matter whether there are twenty people in front of them or two hundred. What matters is whether the energy comes back. In those moments, something is created that cannot be planned or repeated. A brief connection between band and audience charged with a strange electricity. For Dimenzia X, this is the purest form of what a band can be — the moment when music stops being just sound and becomes an experience.

And the future? They do not plan it. Not because they do not care, but because they refuse to force it. According to them, something is brewing — new material, new impulses. But just like everything before, it will come naturally. First a riff. Then a word. And once those two connect, the pressure starts building.

Dimenzia X is not a band you put on as background music. It is a band that finds you when you are in the right state of mind — or when you need it most.
